Accounts department
Mrs. Sothylingam - Finance Manager The School's Accounts department is headed by a Financial Manager Mrs Ranjini Sothylingam. She is assisted by a senior accountant Mr. Edwin Chikwenda and two accountants Mr Lemmy Mwanza and Mr Kenny Sivile. All the school's financial transactions are done by this department. School Fees Structure Assessment Fees This is a fee paid by all prospective parents who bring their children for assessment. Our assessments determine the level at which a child will enter the school. Every child who is assessed pays an assessment fee. Non-refundable Enrolment Fee Every child who enrols at Lechwe School for the first time pays a non-refundable fee. Concessions are offered to children from the same family or the same guardian. Refundable Deposit This is a deposit in lieu of notice. All the parents who give notice according to the school's guidelines are refunded this deposit. All the parents who abrogate the school's guidelines on notice to withdraw their children are not refunded. Tuition Fees School fees are paid according to the categories below:
Boarding Fees The boarding fees come into two categories: i). Weekly for the Term Pupils stay in the boarding hostel from Sunday to Friday of each week. ii). Termly Pupils stay in the hostel from the beginning of the term up to the end of the term. However, they can visit home during the mid-term break when school goes on recess for a few days. Parent Teacher Association (PTA) Subscription per annum per student Every student pays this fee once a year.
